School call-outs support: If the school contacts you to pick up your child and you can’t leave work, we may be able to attend the school (with consent) and support the young person.
Safe regulation support: Support your child to calm down in a safe, quiet way using agreed strategies (e.g., sensory tools, routine-based calming, low-stimulation support).
Supervised time until you finish work: If approved by you and the school, we can stay with the young person until you can take over.
Transition support: Support returning to class, moving to a quieter space, or a planned transition home (depending on what the school allows).
Parent support: Short debrief, routine reset ideas, and practical strategies to reduce repeat escalations.
Coordination: Work alongside families, support coordinators, and allied health (OT/behaviour support) to follow consistent strategies.
***Support is provided with parent/guardian consent and in line with the young person’s plan and school policies.
***We provide support and supervision, not clinical services.
***We do not use restraint or restrictive practices.
***Transport/pick-up support depends on permissions, safety, and individual needs.
