    • School call-outs support: If the school contacts you to pick up your child and you can’t leave work, we may be able to attend the school (with consent) and support the young person.

    • Safe regulation support: Support your child to calm down in a safe, quiet way using agreed strategies (e.g., sensory tools, routine-based calming, low-stimulation support).

    • Supervised time until you finish work: If approved by you and the school, we can stay with the young person until you can take over.

    • Transition support: Support returning to class, moving to a quieter space, or a planned transition home (depending on what the school allows).

    • Parent support: Short debrief, routine reset ideas, and practical strategies to reduce repeat escalations.

    • Coordination: Work alongside families, support coordinators, and allied health (OT/behaviour support) to follow consistent strategies.

      ***Support is provided with parent/guardian consent and in line with the young person’s plan and school policies.

      ***We provide support and supervision, not clinical services.

      ***We do not use restraint or restrictive practices.

      ***Transport/pick-up support depends on permissions, safety, and individual needs.
